We welcome all comers whatever your skills, interests and background. wpce69dbbe_0f.jpg There is no need to be an accomplished performer, set designer or costume maker in order to become involved – all that is needed is interest and enthusiasm.  We need performers, set designers and builders, costumes designers with sewing skills, people who like doing props or front of house.

The society is small and friendlywp5e2e1808_0f.jpg , with some members having been involvedwpf3370af6_0f.jpg since the society’s beginnings 40 years ago.  There are usually 3 productions per year, plus informal play–readings, theatre visits and social events.

You are very welcome to come along to any events advertised on this site, and you will find a warm welcome from our members.

Should you decide to become an official member of the society, you will bewp5f5c89bf_0f.jpg asked for a small annual membership fee of £15 for an individual, or £25 for a couple.  wpff607062_0f.jpg You will need to be a full member if you would like to be involved in a production, but it is perfectly fine to come along to meetings to “test the water” first.

We would like to invite you to contact us by phone or email for a chat to find out more if you are interested, or to check out the “diary dates” section and turn up at any forthcoming events.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
